Terms, privacy and refunds.

Terms of service

1. What the service is

uBotDesign ("we", "us") is a custom software development service. You describe the rules of a trading system; our automated factory writes a program that implements those rules, compiles it for MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5, tests it, and makes the compiled file available for you to download. We deliver software and nothing else.

2. The scope of the service

We write software to your specification. The rules in every program are the ones you gave us; we do not choose what you trade or when, and we offer no signals, advice or managed accounts. Your money stays with your broker, and nothing in this service can touch it.

Automated trading can lose money. A back-test is a record of the past, not a forecast. Whether and how to run a program we deliver is your decision, made under the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email address you control. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping your devices secure. You may end any signed-in session from your account page at any time.

4. Plans, credits and top-ups

A plan is paid once, in advance, for one year and includes a number of credits. Credits are spent on builds. You may add credits at any time; every five credits added extend the plan by 30 days from its current end date, or from the day of the top-up if the plan has already ended. Credits that are unused when the plan ends are removed. Plans do not renew automatically; we never charge you without a new order from you. Prices are stated in Thai baht.

5. Builds and delivery

Before you order a build you receive a written summary of the rules. Ordering freezes that summary for that version; it is the record of what you asked for. A build costs five credits for a summary with up to three conditions and one more credit for each further condition, never more than fifteen; the number, and the conditions it counts, are shown before you confirm, and the credits are reserved when you order. The credit is spent only when a compiled file is made available to you. If the factory's own checks refuse the result, or a build fails for any reason on our side, the reserved credit is returned automatically. A refused build may simply be ordered again.

6. Corrections and versions

If a delivered program does not do what its frozen summary says, we correct it at no charge. Any change to the rules themselves is a new version, which is a new build with its own summary and its own cost.

7. Your rules, your responsibility

You confirm that the rules you describe are yours to use and are lawful where you trade. We may refuse to build a system that we judge to be unlawful, deceptive, or intended to harm others, and any reserved credit is returned if we do.

8. Rights in what we deliver

You may run a delivered compiled program on trading accounts you own or are authorised to trade, without limit on the number of terminals. The source code of a version is a separate purchase; when you buy it, you receive the source of that version for your own use and modification. You may not resell or redistribute programs or source we built for you as your own product without our written agreement.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a program we delivered or from the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Files already delivered to you remain yours to keep.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and to send sign-in codes. We do not send marketing email.
• Your conversations and summaries, because they are the specification of what you asked us to build. They belong to your account and are shown only to you and to the people who operate this service.
• A record of each download (which file, when, from which signed-in session), so that "I never received it" and "someone else took it" can both be answered.
• Session details — browser, operating system, and an approximate location derived from the network address at the time of use. The location is shown only to you, on your own list of signed-in devices, so that a session that is not yours stands out. It is overwritten, not accumulated, and deleted with the session. It is never used to guess your language or to make decisions about you.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details; we receive confirmation that a payment was made and its amount.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts from third parties, no social-media pixels.
• Fonts and every other file on this site are served from our own domain. Loading this page sends nothing to Google or any other font or content network.
• We do not sell or share your data. The people and systems that see it are those needed to build what you ordered and to run the service.

Where processing happens

The site and your data are hosted on Cloudflare's network. Programs are built on our own machines in Thailand. The assistant you talk to is a large language model run by a third-party provider; your conversation is sent to it in order to produce the summary and the program, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep things

Your account, conversations, summaries and delivered files are kept while your account exists, so that your shelf stays complete. Sessions are deleted when they expire or when you end them. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its data, except for records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights given by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Refund policy

A build that never reached you

If a build fails, or the factory's own checks refuse the result, the reserved credit is returned to your balance automatically and immediately. You do not need to ask. A credit is spent only when a compiled file is actually made available to you.

A plan or top-up bought in the last 14 days

Within 14 days of a purchase you may cancel it. If you have not ordered a build since the purchase, we refund it in full to the payment method you used. If you have, the credits spent on builds whose files are on your shelf are not refundable — ordering a build is your request that we begin delivering the service — and we refund the credits from that purchase that were not spent, at that purchase's price per credit — the plan price divided by its credits, or the top-up price. After 14 days, purchases are not refundable for money.

A delivered program that does not match its summary

We correct it free of charge; see section 6 of the terms. A program that does what its summary says but does not make money is not a defect, and is not refundable.

Email support@ubotdesign.com from the address on your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
